Yana’s professional focus is on the antitrust legislation, including control over economic concentration, unfair competition, agreement admissibility, dominance related issues and antimonopoly investigations.
As a Junior Associate in the Antitrust and Competition Practice, Yana takes part in projects to advise and act for clients before antimonopoly bodies and commercial courts and during checks by antimonopoly bodies on observance of the antitrust legislation.

Acted for a major independent gas producer in a litigation against the FAS of Russia over the alleged abuse of dominant position.
Acted for a major railway transport operator in a court case against the FAS of Russia over the alleged abuse of dominant position.
Participated in a comprehensive due diligence of commercial and antimonopoly matters relating to a commercial seaport.
Acted for one of Russia’s biggest banks in a litigation with the FAS of Russia over procurements.
Participated in a comprehensive due diligence check on a group of companies in the thermal energy industry, reviewing antitrust matters.
Represented a major Russian mobile operator in a litigation with the FAS of Russia over the alleged abuse of dominant position.
Advised a major retail chain on the Law on Trade in relation to its planned acquisition of a target company.
