Egor specialises in commercial and contract law. He has extensive experience in structuring contractual relations, adapting and localising global agreements and commercial policies.

Egor advises foreign and national clients on international trade, e-trade, consumer protection and regulatory requirements.

He also advises state-owned companies, particularly on procurement matters.
