Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner advises Orientir on a major logistics real estate deal
Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, formerly Goltsblat BLP in Russia, has completed its mandate for Russia’s leading industrial park developer Orientir (previously Logopark Development), in connection with its sale of Sever-1 Logistics Park, a class A+ sophisticated warehousing facility, to PLT, a logistics platform set up by the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), Mubadala Investment Company and a number of Middle East investment funds.
Sited next to the Central Ring Road and the M11 highway, Sever-1 is occupied by OZON.RU, one of the biggest online retailers, and includes a high-tech A-Class distribution centre with a total area of 114,000 sq.m. and a full auxiliary infrastructure.
According to Orientir shareholder Elena Bondarchuk, this investment has been this year’s biggest warehouse market transaction involving foreign investors.
