Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, formerly Goltsblat BLP in Russia, advised PSA Group (Peugeot Citroën) on obtaining Russian antitrust clearance for its merger with FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles).

The intended merger brings together all activities of the two groups. After almost a 3-month review, the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service issued an unconditional clearance for the merger.

The BCLP team was led by Partner and Head of Antitrust & Competition Practice Nikolay Voznesenskiy. Key members of the team included Counsel Andrey Neminuschiy and Associate Vladislav Feklin.
