Tatiana Kirgetova, Senior Associate at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner Russia, appointed Co-Chair of the CCI France Russie Finance Committee


On 17 October 2019, the Finance, Security and Investments Committee of the Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI France Russie) held its first meeting of the season to vote on its executive board. Tatiana Kirgetova, Senior Associate at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner Russia (formerly Goltsblat BLP in Russia), Natalia Denisova, Head of Tax at Sanofi, and Tatiana Kuzishchina, Industry Director at Rosbank, were elected Chairpersons.

Tatiana Kirgetova also spoke at the meeting about the latest developments from sessions of the Federal Tax Service’s Foreign Investors Advisory Council and provided an update on certain VAT issues. Tatiana Kirgetova and Committee Co-Chair Natalia Denisova will be representing CCI France Russie’s member companies at future Council sessions.

Tatiana Kirgetova joined Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner Russia in September 2019. Previously, she spent 25 years dealing with tax and customs legislation and currency regulation, including 18 years as head of the Tax Practice of an international law firm in Moscow and working for two of the Big Four. Tatiana focuses on tax law, advising European and international companies (including Russian subsidiaries) on a broad range of Russian and international taxation matters. She also represents these companies in tax disputes, having built up a successful track record of providing clients with legal support during tax audits, both pretrial and in court dispute resolution, including acting for them before tax authorities and courts. Tatiana is recommended in Taxes by Best Lawyers editions 2012, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 and for many years has been recognised as a recommended practising tax specialist in Russia by Chambers Global, Chambers Europe and Legal 500.
