Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner Russia advises Mistral Wine on acquiring Krasnodar territory vineyards and a winery
Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner Russia has completed its mandate for MistralWine, a major food and alcohol producer and distributor, a part of the Mistral group, on its acquisition of 200 ha of vineyards and a winery with a designed output of 840,000 litres per year in Russia’s Krasnodar Krai.
The deal is the first big-ticket investment by the Group, one of the leading domestic alcohol importers, in its own wine estate in Russia.

Mistral Alko, Mistral Wine’s parent company, is Russia’s exclusive distributor of Abkhazian wines and top quality beverages from the word’s best wine regions. Its portfolio includes fine Italian wines from Tuscany, Veneto and Emilia Romagna; French brands from Bordeaux; Spanish and Chilean products, as well as Serbian, Uruguayan and Romanian wines. Mistral Alko wines can now be bought in 54,000 shops in more than 160 cities across Russia.
