Vladislav Sourkov, partner, real estate at Goltsblat BLP, the Russian practice of law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP), tells PropertyEU at MIPIM 2016 that the Russian real estate market is experiencing a downturn. Yet, big investors from Asia and the Middle East, as well as the likes of Hines from the US and PPF of the Czech Republic are looking to acquire quality assets at favourable prices due to the fall of the rouble and the general market conditions.
