Goltsblat BLP lawyers included on the list of arbitrators of the AEB Arbitration Court


On the basis of recommendations from colleagues and peers, Lawyers of the Dispute Resolution Practice of Goltsblat BLP, the Russian practice of the international law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP), have been selected for the list of arbitrators of the AEB Arbitration Court.

Rustam Kurmaev, Dispute Resolution Practice Partner, and heads of groups: Dmitry Kletochkin, Ivan Veselov and Rimma Malinskaya have joined the list of AEB Arbitration Court arbitrators.

AEB Arbitration Court (AAC)

AEB AAC is an independent permanent arbitration institution/court/tribunal operating on the basis of the New York Convention 58 of 10 June 1958 about acceptance and enforceability/execution of awards of foreign Arbitration Courts. Its scope and organisational principles are laid down in the Rules of the AAC. The AEB Arbitration Court serves as a dispute resolution mechanism for both AEB member and non-member companies willing to use the AEB Arbitration Court as an alternative to conventional litigation. It provides a venue for resolution of commercial disputes of an international character.
