Nadezhda Ilyushina joins Goltsblat BLP to head the firm’s Employment, Pensions and Benefits Practice.
Goltsblat BLP is pleased to announce that Nadezhda Ilyushina has joined the firm to head the Employment, Pensions and Benefits practice.
For the past three years Nadezhda has been working for the Swedish law firm Mannheimer Swartling. She has also worked for a leading Russian insurance company, Ingosstrah, and after that worked for Deloitte. Nadezhda has extensive experience in advising clients on a wide range of matters related to labour and immigration law, including many aspects of the regulation of labour relations with various categories of employee, matters associated with structuring labour relations with foreign citizens in Russia, development of schemes for dismissing personnel and supporting dismissal procedures at all stages (including staff reductions), outsourcing and outstaffing, protection of employer confidential information, protection of personal data and pension matters.
Also, in January, Olga Fedchenko, associate, joined the firm’s Employment, Pensions and Benefits Practice.
Olga focuses on labour, immigration and corporate law, supports major Russian and foreign companies on issues relating to regulation of labour relations with managers and top managers, personnel restructuring, hiring employees, redundancies and downsizing, and representation of employer interests in conflict resolution with employees.
