Dear Colleagues,

Goltsblat BLP advises of amendments adopted to Part Three of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (Federal Law No. 260-FZ dated 30 September 2013).

The amendments specify the existing conflict of law rules and supplement the legal framework for civil law relations complicated by a foreign component. The amendments are undoubtedly positive in nature.

The amendments come into effect on 1 November 2013.
