21.03.2013

Legal Update No. 412, 21 March 2013

Goltsblat BLP advises that Resolution of the Russian Government No.175 of 1 March 2013 “On the Document Required for Obtaining a Facility Operation Permit” has been approved.

Accordingly, in addition to the other documents listed in Article 55.3 of the Russian Town Planning Code, to obtain a facility operation permit a technical plan drafted in accordance with Article 41 of the Federal Law “On State Real Estate Cadastre” is now also required. Such a plan is prepared by the cadastral engineer and contains the information necessary for state cadastral registration of the facility. Consequently, such technical plan information will be repeated in the facility operation permit.

Resolution No. 175 came into force on 12 March 2013.
